Devilish Eggs

6 eggs
4-6 tablespoons of mayo
1-2 tablespoons of sweet relish
2 teaspoons mustard powder
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon spicy mustard
Dash of Cayenne pepper
Sprinkle of smoked paprika

Place eggs in a pot cover with cold water and sprinkle in some salt and cover the pot
Bring water to a boil then remove pot from the burner and let stand for 15-20 min.
Prepare an ice bath for the eggs, to help with the ease of peeling
Peel eggs

Now comes the fun part…
Slice eggs in half and pop or scoop yolks into a second bowl and set the whites aside
Mix all above ingredients except for the paprika into the yolks
To help with the transfer of the yolk back into the whites I use a plastic sandwich bag with the corner snipped off to “pipe” in the filling

All that’s left is a very light sprinkle of the smoked paprika. Pop one in your mouth and let the eggs-orcism begin.
